Sessions

1:1 Individual

1:1 Individual motivation session consists of up to 1 hour phone call or virtual coaching session (client preference).  Pay per session. 

1:1 Monthly Package

1:1 Monthly package consists of weekly 1 hour phone calls and/or virtual sessions (client preference), weekly check ins, weekly motivation material, access to emergency texting, 4 total calls per month.

Group Sessions

If your business is local to me and lacking in team relationship building - I offer group coaching sessions on location to help with team empowerment and success.

One thing I don’t allow around me is negative talk. I won’t listen to you put yourself down. I don’t want to hear you shame your bodies. The words “I can’t” are not allowed in our conversations. You are fully capable of anything you set your mind to. You are beautiful, appreciated & cared about just the way you are. If you feel like you need to change something about yourself, change it. Be around those who are supportive of you & cheer for you. Never allow negativity or toxicity in YOUR life.
